Faye embarked on her career in Data and Analytics Recruitment before transitioning to Financial Services Management consultancy, where she orchestrated staffing and resourcing for prominent financial institutions.
Prior to Digital Futures, Faye built and executed the Associate model for BCS Consulting, working within the Commercial Account Management team, to execute resourcing and account plans for key Clients. She then assumed leadership of staffing for BCS, which continued throughout the Accenture acquisition, while aiding in the integration process.
Outside of work, Faye enjoys exploring the Kent countryside with her dog Vinnie, diving into a good book, and indulging her passion for food with her husband seeking out new restaurants to try.
