The Digital Futures Academy is dedicated to the delivery of excellence. Our learning pathways are designed to equip our engineers with exceptional technical and professional skills, ensuring their success in high-performing teams.
Our training, conducted remotely for maximum flexibility, is fully instructor-led and focuses on real-world application. The teaching in our Academy combines theoretical instruction with practical experience through individual, pair and group projects.
Each pathway is industry accredited, validating the technical proficiency of all of the engineers that graduate from our Academy.

Our training pathways are continuously evolving to meet industry demands, allowing us to quickly adapt and train our engineers in the skillsets and technologies required by our clients.
Our training starts by covering the development of foundational technical and consulting skills to ensure that all of our engineers have a solid basis on which to build, before advancing into pathway-specific, specialised technical content that covers the latest and most relevant technologies, frameworks and methodologies.
We also provide client-specific upskilling, ensuring our engineers are proficient with client-specific tech stacks, enabling them to make an immediate impact when they start their roles on-site.

AWS Authorised Training Partner
As an Authorised Training Partner, we are able to deliver training across Amazon Web Services, including cloud services, data engineering and Generative AI (Bedrock). Our ATP status allows us to teach both Associate and Professional level training and certifications.
GCP Authorised Training Partner
As a GCP Authorised Training Partner, we are able to deliver a whole host of specialised
Google Cloud Training, across cloud, data engineering and Generative AI (BARD), including Associate and Professional level training and certifications.
UK Reskilling Partner
As the UK’s only corporate partner to IBM SkillsBuild, we have access to one of the world's largest online learning platforms to support teaching in our Academy and further upskilling and IBM certifications for our engineers, as well access to IBM learning labs.
Python Institute Education Partner
As an Education Partner of the Python Institute, we are able to enhance the planning, development and delivery of our Python curriculum across all of our pathways, bolstering our engineers’ Python capability and preparing them to take the PCED and PCAP certifications.

Business analysis involves working with multiple stakeholders to investigate and model business functions, identify problems and new opportunities, and develop effective business solutions through improvements in processes and technology.
Data Analytics
Data analytics involves gathering, analysing and interpreting large amounts of data. Using your technical, analytical and communication skills, you will make data accessible and identify key patterns to help optimize business processes.
Data Engineering
Data engineering involves designing and building systems for collecting, storing and analysing data at scale. Digital Futures data engineers bring together software, cloud and data skills to construct data infrastructure for our clients.

A typical day at the Academy
We take a holistic approach to our engineers’ development and provide
a dynamic learning experience to ensure they can reach their full potential.
Morning
9:00am: Warm up
Start your day off with an icebreaker and a virtual coffee with your study group.
9:30am: Workshop
Start the day’s learning with an instructor-led live workshop, followed by individual, group and pair activities.
12 noon: Lunch
Take a break from life in the Academy to relax, refuel, and recharge ready for a full afternoon of learning and challenges.
Afternoon
1:00pm: Workshop
Kick off the afternoon with an instructor-led live workshop focused on practical application.
3:00pm: Projects
Work together in groups on team projects or pair program your way through real business problems.
5:00pm: Wrap up
Finish off the day’s learning with games and a cool down session.
