In this role, Zoe’s primary objective is ensuring the success of client programmes, with a particular focus on helping organisations attract and build high-performing technology teams representative of society.
Zoe has over a decade of experience in early careers. Prior to Digital Futures, Zoe played an instrumental role in the design and implementation of junior talent strategies for a number FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, focused on improving diversity and social mobility.
Outside of work, Zoe has recently become a mum meaning her weekends have shifted from Saturdays socialising and Sundays playing rugby to a myriad of early mornings, soft play and naptimes. She wouldn’t change it for the world!
