In this role, Zoe’s primary objective is to ensure the strategic success of client programmes, with a particular focus on helping organisations attract and build high-performing technology teams representative of society.
Zoe has over a decade of experience in the early careers sector. Prior to Digital Futures, Zoe played an instrumental role in the design and implementation of graduate talent strategies for a number FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, focused on improving diversity and social mobility.
Outside of work, Zoe loves nothing more than socialising and being active. She is currently Club Captain of London Welsh Women’s rugby team, having played the sport since university.
