Client Partner

Will is a Client Partner at Digital Futures. His primary objective is to ensure the strategic success of client programmes, with a particular focus on helping organisations attract and build high-performing technology teams representative of society.

Will has over 15 years experience in the Financial Services Recruitment and Consulting industries where he has supported some of the largest UK Financial Services and Insurance organisations with their staffing, recruitment and consulting objectives.

Prior to joining Digital Futures, Will worked within the Sales and Commercial Account Management function of BCS Consulting, with ownership for the augmentation proposition, the development and execution of the new business sales process, as well as defining and supporting the account planning processes.

Outside of work, Will enjoy spending time with his wife and daughter, watching as many Liverpool games as he can, and the joy and frustration of his new hobby – golf.
