Sean co-founded Aston Carter in 1997, leading an MBO to Baird Capital Partners Europe in 2007 and selling the company to Allegis Group in 2011.
Sean integrated Aston Carter’s and Allegis Group’s EMEA business as COO before becoming President of Allegis Group EMEA in 2013.
He left the business at the end of 2020, after supporting the Global brand alignment of Aerotek, Aston Carter and TEK systems EMEA business into the US Operating Companies.
