Starting her career in the Scottish IT recruitment industry she moved to London in 2015 where she managed large scale MSPs for Manpower Group before making the move into emerging talent in 2021. Since then, Ruth has played a pivotal role in launching hundreds of individuals into successful careers in technology, change, and transformation.
Outside of work, her rescue dog Dolly takes up a lot of her time, as well as fitting in reiki, meditation and the occasional run to keep her mind and body healthy.
