Ray has over 15 years’ experience in the Staffing and Services sector working for Aston Carter, where he led their Financial Services, Risk, Compliance and Finance practises.
Digital Futures is a natural home for Ray allowing him to combine his passion for DE&I and working with the World’s leading financial services institutions.
Outside of work Ray can be found on a golf course at the crack of dawn before rushing home to enjoy family life with his two kids, wife and ‘bird-brained’ Whippet.
