Originally from New Zealand, Rachel brings 20 years of experience across multiple sectors – government, life sciences, IT, consultancy, media and International Development. A former IT Director within a FTSE100 company, Rachel now specialises in coaching and mentoring early careers and is passionate about the power of diversity and social mobility. Prior to Digital Futures, Rachel worked as the Capability Lead in one of the UK’s fastest growing consultancy start-ups.
Outside of work, Rachel loves friends, travelling, theatre, cinema, volunteering and time with her family. (Although, because of family, she does much more laundry than her younger-self envisaged in her future!)
