Jodie began her career working with children, mostly within nurseries and schools, and obtained a degree in Early Childhood Studies. She transitioned into insurance following the pandemic, where she was an Account Executive managing a book of Commercial clients. Following a move to London from South Wales, she was able to pursue a career in HR which has been an ambition for a number of years, bringing her to Digital Futures.
Outside of work Jodie enjoys singing in her choir, going to Zumba classes, reading books, running Parkruns on a Saturday morning, finding a new coffee shop, and going for long walks to explore new places.
