James is a driven and enthusiastic people-person, with a track record of helping clients build high-performing technology teams and achieving business goals.
He has spent his entire career working in the human capital sector. Prior to joining Digital Futures, James spent five years at a specialist headhunting firm, recruiting senior technologists across Financial Services, before making the move into the Hire Train Deploy space at Wiley Edge and developing his passion for emerging talent.
Outside of work, James is a passionate Arsenal fan, loves to socialise with friends, and is also a keen runner – regularly competing in races ranging from 5k up to the marathon.
