Digital Futures is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Partner, specifically focused on Public Sector clients, to join our Institutional Client Team, a pivotal function within our organisation that drives client engagement, relationship management, and business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic public sector clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Develop and execute client strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector executives and key decision makers.
Identify opportunities to expand client engagements within the public sector, aligning with Digital Futures' services and solutions.
Provide strategic guidance to public sector clients on leveraging AI, data, and technology to meet their organizational objectives, improve public services and achieve policy goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes in technology delivery and workforce solutions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of public sector policies, funding models, and procurement processes.

Requirements & Background

Expertise in Public Sector Markets: A deep understanding of public sector markets, including the key challenges, priorities and procurement processes.
