Digital Futures is looking for a Delivery Manager to join its Delivery Function. The Delivery Manager is a key figure in fostering engagement, retention, and operational excellence across Digital Futures' deployed workforce.

Role Summary
The Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration, development, and performance of consultants deployed with client organisations and projects teams. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and stakeholders, drive professional development initiatives, and contribute to client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth transition from training to deployment, aligning consultants with suitable client opportunities and providing pre-deployment guidance.
Collaborate with the Client Partner team to allocate resources effectively and maximise deployment success.
Conduct regular performance check-ins, foster mentorship programmes, and ensure structured learning plans are in place.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, promoting engagement, retention, and high performance.
Lead community and engagement initiatives such as networking events, recognition programmes, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Identify opportunities for Digital Futures to expand within client organisations and encourage engineers to contribute to thought leadership.
Facilitate pre-deployment readiness activities, including interview preparation and onboarding guidance.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a delivery, talent management, or workforce planning role within a technology or consulting environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Experience in coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
A data-driven approach to tracking performance, retention, and workforce analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on execution and results.
