Learning Support Associate

We are looking for a Learning Support Associate to join our Academy team to support on administrative duties and on streamlining processes in the Digital Futures Academy.

Our training programmes have been designed to equip our engineers with the skills and experience they need to start their first role with our clients.

Responsibilities 

• Managing the data for the progression of learners throughout the Digital Futures Academy.  
• Collating data from the various sources and systems.  
• Managing the profiles of each learner on our proprietary technology platform, DFX. 
• Updating Learning Management System to collect feedback, assignments, and assessment data from learners. 
• Assist instructors in managing and tracking student learning progress. 
• Generate reports on student performance and progress for instructors and administration. 
• Provide administrative support for the Academy, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students. 
• Monitor student attendance and engagement, flagging any issues for instructors. 
• Help coordinate and organise instructional materials and resources. 
• Support instructors in preparing for classes and assessments. 
• Assist in the coordination of student feedback and evaluation processes. 

 
Requirements & Skills 

• Strong organisational & administrative skills  
• Willing to learn Moodle Learning management system (LMS)  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and students. 
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• This role also has the potential to be part-time, 4 days a week. The salary will be pro-rated.
