Digital Futures is looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to support our exceptional engineers transition into client engagements as they launch their careers in technology.

As our Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for matching our engineers to meet our clients’ requirements. You will work closely with our training faculty and engagement teams as well as the sales team, clients and engineers to deliver a streamlined and efficient deployment process.

About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand our clients’ requirements and make resourcing decisions
Work with our Engagement Managers to devise and innovate on personal development and performance management processes
Manage the sales-progression cycle to deliver an accelerated deployment process
Create information documents and recruitment packs to prepare engineers for corporate interviews across all sectors in cloud, data and software engineering
Ensure key deployment deadlines are met and adapt the deployment plan as required
Monitor and update the engineer resourcing database to ensure accurate MI
Working with our tech team to help shape the development of our candidate platform, DFX
Assist with organising introduction meetings with our clients and engineers
