Our three-part online assessment measures your core strengths, cognitive ability, and aptitude through written, mathematical, and technical challenges. We provide tailored resources to help you complete the technical component, whatever your level of coding knowledge.
Successful applicants move on to a screening interview and then a final technical interview with one of our instructors. Our interviews and assessments help us assess your fit for the programme – and give you the chance to explore our culture and share your passion for a career in AI.
Technical skills: Our award-winning training will take you through the critical technologies, frameworks, and skills that you’ll need to start your role and set up your career in tech. Each programme has its own tech stack.
Professional skills: We place an equal emphasis on your professional skills training. Our professional skills curriculum runs in tandem with our technical skills training to ensure that you are able to effectively apply your skills in a professional environment and are confident when you start your industry placement.
For some of our programmes, you will be required to pass at least one industry certification from one of our tech partners to qualify for client opportunities.
After completing the Academy, you’ll be deployed as a consultant, implementing the skills you learned in our Academy to high-impact client projects.
When you start your role, you will be assigned a People Lead, who will oversee your professional development and performance. You will also become part of one of our consulting practice areas, which will become your professional home – a place to share knowledge, best practice and insight from the field with other Digital Futures consultants.
You will also be invited to all company and community events and will have access to the entire Digital Futures team, all of whom have an open-door policy.
AI and Data Analytics
Analyse complex data sets, develop reports and visualisations, and work with AI to build low code/no code agentic solutions.
Data Engineering
Build data pipelines, handle ETL development and ensure data quality for predictive analytics, pricing and operations.
Fraud Analytics
Investigate and triage fraud alerts, spot emerging fraud patterns and use data analytics to understand and prevent new and evolving fraud threats.
