Director of Strategy & Growth

Matt leads Digital Futures' strategic business expansion, setting the direction of client services, overseeing market analysis, technology partnerships, and revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence and competitive positioning in AI and emerging technologies.

Matt is passionate about encouraging the culture and environment for individuals and teams to thrive, and is a highly adept technology consulting and business leader.

Prior to Digital Futures, Matt led technology, data and analytics consulting services for Riskcare, an independent technology consulting business, before joining risk advisory firm Parker Fitzgerald who were subsequently acquired by Accenture, where Matt was a Managing Director responsible for financial risk technology and data services for the UK and Ireland.

Outside of work, Matt founded a cycle café to enable people to build transferable skills for life, and enjoys playing the drums, cycling and boating, although not at the same time!
